 * Add the pattern start/end markers
 * Per @SergeyBiryukov move registration to `wp_maybe_load_embeds`
 * Rename both handler functions to match the `wp_embed_handler_*` pattern
 * Move handler functions closer to `wp_embed_handler_googlevideo`
