 The `[gallery]` shortcode's
 [http://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode#Options default behavior] is
 to link all images to the attachment's permalink, however the default
 selection in `wp_print_media_templates()` is the set to "Media File"
 instead of "Attachment Page".
