 Probably makes the most sense to work on this within
 [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mp6/ MP6] right now. Needs styles
 including ones that are already used in core, a testing page (think
 something that we could use as a style guide), best way to handle
 registration/enqueuing, and a plan for maintenance (including whether or
 not the styles should be scoped, as some of the styles we already use
 are).
