 This appears to be related to auto-save. I can't directly trigger the
 issue, but I did a screenshare with someone that could. Opening up
 inspector and watching the auto-save fire when TinyMCE loses focus is what
 caused the gallery blocks to disappear. Toggling between the visual and
 text editors brings them back, until you focus off the visual editor
 again. Really strange.
