 * Go to post-new.php
 * Select Image Post format
 * Pick an image from the Media Library
 * Leave the title blank
 * Click Preview
 * Resulting window says "Preview not available. Please save as a draft
 first."

 Saving as a draft does not fix preview. If you publish the post it will
 404. Adding a title avoids these problems. Previewing and publishing a
 standard post without a title works just fine.

 Also, previewing a post without a title triggers Chrome's pop up blocker.
 Previewing a post with a title does not.
