 Remove internal TinyMCE attributes when generating the HTML for attachment
 views.

 Moves the HTML utility functions to the top of `mce-views.js`. Also adds
 `wp.mce.view.removeInternalAttrs( attrs )` and `wp.mce.view.attrs( content
 )`.
