 Tried replacing the file type icons with 2x versions (from the 128px
 Crystal icons) but not looking that good at 1x (left: old 46x60 icons,
 right: new 96x120)

 May need to convert these to backgrounds or use some CSS tricks to replace
 the images for HiDPI.
