Comment:

 lancewillett and I agreed that 'Blog Archives' should become 'Archives'.

 There is still a disagreement among conditionals piled into archive.php
 versus separate template files for tag.php, date.php, category.php, and
 taxonomy.php.

 I am re-opening this for further discussion and I'll be adding it to the
 agenda for the dev meeting on Wednesday.
