 I have some reservations about the `line-height`, as Firefox will not
 apply it to inputs but will apply it to other HTML elements. However, a
 brief excursion into attempting to change it ended in tears. I will leave
 it alone for the moment, but it does seem that the text is low in some
 OS/browser combinations and we should address that.

 If we're having the upload button in custom header/background as small,
 then we'll want to change theme and plugin install from upload as well to
 match.
