Comment (by lessbloat):

 Removed button-tiny and button-medium in 21598.12.diff.

 Now we are left with:

 - button-small - fits well next to text or select box
 - button - regular button size
 - button-large - most button-primary buttons inherit this style (slightly
 taller)
