 Notes for 21598.11.diff:

 - Added new focus styles to classic
 - Made small the default button size (also fixed Akismet plugin "check for
 spam" button)
 - Fixed tablenav alignment
 - Fixed search box button alignments (across multiple pages)
 - Lightened up grey buttons a bit more
 - Increased tiny button font-size from 11px to 12px
 - Fixed QuickPress button alignment

 If we can commit this updated patch, that might help us in finding
 additional areas that can be improved.  Please have a look, and post
 additional bugs that you find.
