 Not sure about the `.hover`, `.focus` and `.active` classes too. Using
 them will disable the corresponding CSS states and make that button's
 behavior inconsistent. Even worse, the user would not be able to tell when
 `.button.active` is "activated" by tabbing.

 If a plugin really wants to make its buttons different, best would be to
 add couple lines of CSS.
