Comment (by tar.gz):

 Since we are rewamping both the button styles and the Upload/Insert media
 interface in #21390, shouldn't we grab this opportunity and apply our
 sweet new button style to the **Upload/Insert media** link?

 We can actually see this link rendered as a button in the first pages of
 the wireframes at http://make.wordpress.org/ui/2012/07/30/media-
 wireframes/ which seems a really obvious improvement to me... but I don't
 find any mention of this change here in trac.

 I would see it as a big UI improvement to have that link styled as a
 button.
