Comment:

 Could not reproduce either. Custom menus work fine in trunk with Twenty
 Twelve or Twenty Eleven.

 Swift 6.2.3 is a commercial theme which is supported elsewhere.

 Free free to reopen with steps to reproduce on a clean install if this
 still happens after switching to the default theme and disabling all
 plugins.
