 Thanks, Dominik. I do understand this use case for {{{.active}}} (button
 groups), but for {{{.focus}}} and {{{.hover}}} this doesn't really make
 sense. I really don't think that this will be done a lot. IMO, it's just
 bloating the CSS, especially as core is not using it.
 If a plugin dev really wanted to do this, why don't we let him do it
 himself in his own CSS?
