 Looking great Ryelle.  One small thing I noticed, when you mouse over the
 menu, the tab is white, but directly over the grey right column of the
 drop down.  What do you think of adjusting the positioning of just the
 help menu to line the white tab up with the white portion of the drop
 down.  Something like:
