 I think the change in size of buttons is going to cause some issues.
 Buttons by default have 20% more height than they did in 3.4.

 I think default buttons should be the size that `button-small` is
 currently, and anything that needs some extra size should be given
 `button-large` and `button-largest` classes which have the size of the
 current default buttons and `button-large` buttons respectively.

 Thoughts?
