The need to push the code into our SVN for a release system won't be
changed. Again, Extend-Plugins is a hosting site, not a listing site.
Ultimately, .org will retain control over the code it serves to users.
Eventually, support may be added for bug tracking and such, mostly in the
form of links to other places, but this only will be for non-essentials.
The code still must be in the .org system to be hosted by .org.
