 It would make a few things easier for the mobile apps (and potentially
 other XML-RPC clients) if the Home URL was returned in the wp.getOptions
 call. Currently the only way we can get it is through the RSD
 'homePageLink' tag.

 Attaching a patch that adds support for this.
