Comment (by trepmal):

 Patch adds .focus, .active, and .hover styles to make it easier to check
 styles (without needing to actually focus/activate/hover).

 In doing so, discovered some missing styles for the highlighted button
 style and added those.

 Also sharing a plugin that displays 6 styles of buttons (Primary,
 Secondary, Highlighted, .button, .short, .small) in 5 states each (normal,
 :hover, :focus, :active, disabled)
