 when you do wp_insert_user with rich_editing = TRUE it actually set
 rich_editing to "1" what is then interpreted as FALSE. I know (after
 searching why it does not work for me), that for actually setting true you
 need to set rich_editing to empty value, but anyway i think it is not
 optimal
