 FYI, installing Imagick module v3.0 ( apt-get install php5-imagick )
 resolves the issue as well  ... but the patch is probably good for
 backwards compatibility. And if the new media functions require a certain
 version of the imagick extension then the WP_Image_Editor_Imagick::test()
 should be updated. Thoughts?
