 Please understand that I am asking that an interim commit not include a
 visual change that is not polished. Nothing has been committed yet in any
 case - I only asked for a version of the patch that did not move those
 buttons. I agree that there needs to be some kind of solution for the save
 and cancel buttons, but just moving them while neglecting the visual/UI is
 not the right path either. We can make these changes in multiple steps - I
 think the more important part is to make the customizer work at all and
 get that committed so that those who are not versed in SVN and applying
 patches, which is certainly the majority of people, can actually start
 testing.
