 I use !WordPress an inordinate amount of time :) and I'm a big fan of
 keyboard shortcuts. In !WordPress, comment moderation keyboard shortcuts
 are opt in (Users → Your Profile → Keyboard Shortcuts), so maybe
 customizer keyboard shortcuts could be the same.
