Comment:

 It sounds great to load jQuery in the footer , That's actually will
 increase WordPress performance but I am really worried about ompatibility
 problems especially that I heard there is a problems with jQuery UI and
 some other jQuery plugins ... anyway I was wondering Why jQuery.com loads
 jQuery in the <head> element ?!
