 Today, all of a sudden wordpress.org stopped working properly for me, I
 was just seeing the html content, no images or styling. I thought it was a
 global thing, but later on it remained the same so I tried on my phone...
 and it worked.

 I tried the same browser but with a proxy server, and it worked, so my
 conclusion is something is blocking my IP from receiving images and CSS
 files in particular.

 Interestingly, same goes for gravatar.com, I only get served the html, no
 images or css.

 Any advice appreciated! Not fun having to use proxies to visit the forums
 etc. :)
