 +1 to billerickson's question about image meta - I can't remember seeing
 any discussion/visuals about this but I've only been checking in to see
 what's happening with the media revamp occasionally.

 Things like editing the title/alt description for an image are important
 for accessibility and it makes sense to allow people to do this at the
 point of uploading an image (otherwise people tend to forget). Are those
 fields going to be editable via the upload window?
