 Appreciate all the work that's being done here, but there is one key piece
 that is still missing - how to get into the theme customizer panel without
 using a mouse.

 I've downloaded the latest nightly and I can tab everywhere quickly and
 easily using the new Skip links and clearly visible focus. Within the
 Appearance -> Themes page I can tab to the customize link and action it
 with a keystroke, but where is the focus now? It certainly doesn't seem to
 be in the theme customizer panel.
