 Steps To Reproduce:
 1. Go to https://wordpress.org/
 2. In search field type in for example 'wp-config.php' without quotes.
 3. Form submits and the URL changes to https://wordpress.org/search/wp-
 config.php

 However, the server thinks I am trying to access the page wp-config.php
 instead of searching for documentation on the file and shows me an empty
 page.
