 On one of my sites (ipstenu.org) I'm running into an issue with the
 uploader just hanging.

 I tested on a clean install and it works, so I'm sure it's got to be a
 plugin, but turning on all my plugins on the clean install did not
 reproduce the issue. There are no errors in my PHP error log and nothing
 pops up with debug on. I thought it was from w3tc, but when I installed
 that, nothing happened. I made the two as near a replica as possible.

 The only real difference between the sites is one is .htaccess and the
 other nginx.
