 @empireoflight, 2 things I noticed:

 1) Sorry I missed one.  When you select a static front page, with a blog
 page, another link shows up (Add a blog post).  I attempted to hack in the
 existing posts icon:

 But I'm not sure it works - seems a bit light compared to the others.

 2) The "Manage widgets and menus" icon looks a tad off to me compared to
 the others:

 I'm not sure if it's the size, or perhaps the dark strip at the top (where
 the other icons don't have any major dark sections).  What do you think?
