 Could not reproduce in any of my browsers, which browser is that?
 Confirmed that [attachment:21598-tushie.diff] fixes the margin though.

 [attachment:21598.13b.diff] fixes the button height, however the line
 height seems a bit off: [attachment:21598.ie7.2.png].

 Changing `line-height: 12px` to `15px` in line 569 of `ie.css` appears to
 fix this ([attachment:21598.ie7.3.png]) everywhere but the Publish button,
 which I guess needs more height: [attachment:21598.ie7.4.png].
