 In Twenty Twelve the "reply" is found right below the title. This doesn't
 look very good, because the logic workflow  would be to read a post and
 then at the end choose if you want to reply.

 Furthermore, when the title is not shown (as in status updates, images and
 so), "reply" is missing too.
