 Thanks @obenland, 22044.css-only.diff is looking good, a few notes:

 - Why remove the {{{.ie7 .ie8}}} hooks? I think those are still useful.
 - Did you mean to bump the theme to 1.1? :)

 With the amount of style fixes I guess it makes sense to move to a new
 file.
