 [attachment:21598.14.diff] refines the button styles to have crisper edges
 and retunes the gray button to be visible against both white and gray
 backgrounds.

 It also remove the application of `button-large` styles to `button-
 primary`. While that should be a default in `submit_button()`, adding the
 large size to all primary buttons breaks the cascading nature of the
 various CSS button modifications. We should be aiming for stackable
 classes.
