 The third column, "Learn How To," doesn't make much sense when there are
 no pointers. I'm not suggesting we add the pointers back in (they are
 clever, but the workflow and pointers UI seems half-baked for this), but
 rather, we need to revisit our content.

 I think good places to start would be looking at the original welcome
 panel and also studying the Codex links that got removed with v2.
