 Search is one other field that is used in core that will eventually make
 the transition to using the HTML5 search input type at some point down the
 road, so I don't see any reason we shouldn't also get the `-webkit-
 appearance: textfield;` fix for Safari in there along with `-webkit-
 search-decoration` so that the versions of the themes released with this
 fix are ready to go when the update with that switch is eventually pushed
 out years from now.
