 Hi,

 First, congratulations for the great work on this new version.

 Today, I've noticed that when my plugin has a Network tag header set to
 true (Network:true) and is not activated on a multisite configuration,
 then the admin notice saying "Plugin activated" is not showing.

 I've checked just in case on multisite config and the admin notice is
 showing. So it's only missing on the first case.

 I've search a little and it seems the patch i include here solves the bug.
