 If the plugin wants to load an editor itself on a certain place in the
 code of the plugin then you don't need a filter. The plugin can manipulate
 'wp_image_editors'.
 The filters don't need args because at that point the factory has the
 control and not the implementation.

 I guess scribu means that the filter will be renamed with a little
 different way of handeling.
