Comment:

 Approved during the November 21 IRC meeting. The packaging aspects for
 this has been handled — the wordpress-3.5.zip will have only two themes.
 (Note for now, we'll need to manually exclude Twenty Eleven come Twenty
 Thirteen, etc., so someone, um, remind me...)
