 Skip links in Twenty Twelve look like this right now:

 I'm not sure whether it was a goal for Twenty Twelve to have its skip
 links look like core's (@lancewillett: ?). If it was, [[attachment:21310
 .twenty-twelve.diff​]] will do that, sans the font-family:
