 Would love and expect to see the uploaded image land in the gallery.

 If the upload is media other than an image, I'd like to see some sort of
 feedback to let the user know whether or not their upload was successful.
 Otherwise they may upload the same media multiple times before realizing
 that it was uploaded in the background (or that it simply keeps failing).
