 I'd say [attachment:22451.2.diff] is ready to go, it knocks out 3/5. Most
 of it just typo fixes and emphasis-added stuff.

 I'm hoping to get extra eyes on the new 'Inserting Media' tabs I added to
 two different pages in the remaining patches.
