 Sorry don't know how the .2 got in there at the end... :-)

 In 21283.12.2.diff​ I:

 - re-added the box-shadow and border for .wp-full-overlay-header.
 - removed focus event from .dropdown (focus was the wrong event to use
 here)
 - added keydown event to .dropdown ('enter' key only)
 - Added keydown event for "remove image" link ('enter' key only)
 - Added keydown event for "collapse" link ('enter' key only)
