Comment:

 [22680] added back `margin: 0 -25px 0 4%`, which was removed in [22638]
 and is no longer relevant.

 * This results in unwanted left margin, which essentially negates the
 effect of the patch in 1024x768: [attachment:19687.r22680.png].
 * `margin-right` also needs RTL treatment:
 [attachment:19687.r22680-rtl.png].

 [attachment:19687.3.diff] is another take. Tested in IE 7, IE 8, Firefox
 16, with 800x600, 1024x768, and 1440x900 window sizes.
