Comment:

 Yeah, the styles in HTML5 Boilerplate are completely different from what
 we use. If `height: 1px` and `width: 1px` are not the problem with Dragon,
 perhaps we can use something similar too.

 Thinking it's worth it trying to fix this only for the Log Out link for
 3.5 if possible and revisit all `.screen-reader-text` in 3.6.
