 One thing I notice, when I select an image in the upload: in the right
 sidebar, the Caption field cannot be resized - the CSS has the "resize"
 property set to "none".

 Is there any valid reason for that? I think that the user should be
 allowed to make a vertical resize (if he has a large screen and wants to
 write an long caption), so "resize: vertical" would be appropriate. It's
 in media-view.css under `.media-sidebar .setting textarea, .compat-item
 .field textarea`...
