 Currently, the "Hello world!" headline on the default post is in sentence
 case rather than title case, which would be "Hello World!"

 Title case and sentence case are both grammatically correct, you just need
 to pick a standard and stick to it. But let's face it, headlines usually
 use title case. I propose that we change the default post title to use
 title case instead of sentence case.
