 Have just seen the latest beta version, and have been testing with Dragon
 Naturally Speaking 12 - speech recognition software used by some with
 motor impairments.

 The lack of a permanently visible link to Logout means that speech
 recognition software users cannot easily access the link - since it's
 hidden.

 Speech recognition software users may be able to control the mouse pointer
 but it can be a laborious experience and one that needs an element of
 accuracy. They also may not know that the link is there if they are not
 familiar with the admin screens.
