 20614-8.patch attaches temporarily the 'click' event on touch devices then
 the toolbar is "touched" and detaches it after the "click" disabling
 hoverIntent for this click. That way if the device has mouse and the click
 was with the mouse, that won't be used and instead hoverIntent will handle
 it as usual.
